To ensure your home inspection is completed in a timely and professional manner, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Call, text, email, or complete the online form
  2. Scheduling: Someone from our office will contact you shortly to gather information about your potential home and schedule your inspection.
  3. Inspection: While it is not required that you attend the inspection, we strongly encourage you to attend. There is a lot of important information learned in an inspection, and seeing it first hand will help you to better understand the home you are purchasing. Additionally, I am happy to show/tell you how to fix many of the necessary repairs. If you do not attend the inspection, I need you to sign the inspection agreement before I can start the inspection.
  4. Report Generated: A 25, or more, page report that details our findings will be generated. We require 24 hours to generate a complete report. Click Here to view a sample Eagle Homes Inspections report.
  5. Report Shared: Within 24 hours of the inspection, a computer generated report, complete with pictures, will be emailed/mailed to all required parties than you approve; you, your realtor, the seller's realtor, and the mortgage institution (if applicable). We will also meet with you and your realtor to discuss the report and answer any questions you may have.
  6. Payment Required: Payment is required at the completion of the inspection in the inspected house.
  7. Continuing Resource: Our service does not end after the inspection is done. You can call us and discuss any and all aspects of your home inspection whenever you like. Feel free to call us even after you move in to your house with any questions that you might have. Our service is a long-term investment. We are in the repeat business and hope that you will call us on every home purchase you might make in the future.  As they say, “we want customers for life.”  We also appreciate all future customer referrals to your friends, family and communites.
